We are proud to have B. Ashok as our Operations Director at AGNI GREEN ENERGY. With over a decade of specialized experience in the solar energy sector, Ashok brings invaluable expertise that drives our operational excellence and project success.

Ashok holds an M.Tech degree in Manufacturing Engineering and an MBA in General Management, providing him with a unique blend of technical depth and strategic business acumen. This combination enables him to effectively bridge engineering precision with operational efficiency in our renewable energy projects.

His professional journey includes nine years of international experience with REC Solar in Singapore, one of the world’s leading solar panel manufacturers. As Section Lead for the Equipment Maintenance Team, he was responsible for critical manufacturing equipment maintenance, production line management, and solar plant setup initiatives.

This global exposure equipped him with world-class insights into advanced manufacturing processes and international quality standards. At AGNI GREEN ENERGY, Ashok oversees our complete operations spectrum, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) management, strategic site selection, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) administration. His international manufacturing background, combined with his academic credentials, allows him to optimize both technical execution and business outcomes for our clients.

Mr. Lenin

Managing director

Mr. Lenin, Managing Director of Agni Solar, is a seasoned renewable energy expert with more than 23 years of hands-on experience in the construction and operation of both wind and solar power plants. He is a certified “C” License professional and a qualified UL Quality Auditor.

His career began in 2002 at Wescare, and over the years he has contributed his expertise to several leading organizations, including Suzlon, Siemens Gamesa, Regen Powertech, GRT Renewables, Pioneer Wincon, and Aadhav Green Power. Throughout his extensive career, he has been actively involved in every major aspect of renewable energy project execution—from site development and construction to complete operational management.

His core competencies also include conducting audits and inspections of solar power plants, as well as overseeing their operation and maintenance functions.
